By the Numbers: March 2026

At CHS, we have created a daily client volume report that provides a clear snapshot of activity across each campus, using our secure Electronic Record System (ERS) and Microsoft Power BI. These reports track program participation across our Residential Treatment Centers, Day School Programs and Shelter for Family Safety. Demographic breakdowns help us better understand the populations we serve.

Please note: The data presented today reflects the information that is currently available to us. We are working to gather data from all departments and programs. Power BI is a new tool for CHS and we are in the process of building and integrating systems to provide accurate and comprehensive reporting. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our data collection.

We also wanted to share some stats regarding our Child Advocacy Center and Prevention trainings. Below, you will find a monthly report featuring the 2026 numbers of CAC interviews, training sessions and the total number of people we served. We look forward to providing you with more  monthly updates on CAC and Prevention services.
