CHS By the Numbers: September

At CHS, we have created a daily utilization report that provides a clear snapshot of activity across each campus, using our secure Electronic Record System (ERS) and Microsoft Power BI. These reports track utilization across our Residential Treatment Centers, Day School Programs and Shelter for Family Safety. Demographic breakdowns help us better understand the populations we serve.

Power BI's efficient record-keeping also enables us to analyze service trends over time. Our trend report, covering fiscal years 2022 through 2025, highlights patterns in service delivery and client needs. Click here to view the report.

Please note: The data presented today reflects the information that is currently available to us. We are working to gather data from all departments and programs. Power BI is a new tool for CHS and we are in the process of building and integrating systems to provide accurate and comprehensive reporting. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our data collection.
