On the Move January 2026

A few months ago, Mike Groher took on the role of Business Development Officer, moving into a primarily external-facing position within CHS. Because the Foundation team’s work also focuses on external engagement, it made the most sense to transition Mike from the Operations team to the Foundation team.

The goal of the Foundation team is to build goodwill and strengthen relationships on behalf of CHS. While Mike’s role does not focus on fundraising, he continues to represent CHS in the community by promoting our education program, curriculum and mission.
