On the Move June 2025

We are excited to share that Hope Perini has accepted the position of Compliance Director. She brings to CHS more than 15 years of experience in mental health, program and project management, and health and wellness. Hope has a strong background in military, government and public service organizations and is highly skilled in local, state and federal regulations. We are excited to welcome her to the team!

Malia Holbeck, Clinical Director, is leaving CHS to pursue other career opportunities. Although Malia was only at CHS for a year, she is leaving a lasting impact on our organization. We appreciate the hard work and dedication she brought to the table during her time with us, particularly in our Sioux Falls residential and outpatient programs. Malia’s last day with CHS was June 4.

Freddy Maseman, BH Residential Program Director, has agreed to take on the Interim Sioux Falls Residential Program Director position. Freddy has been with CHS for more than 22 years and has a wealth of knowledge on policy, procedures and philosophy of care. He will be in Sioux Falls at various times over the next few months to assist Unit Supervisors and staff and ensure that the residential units continue to run smoothly. We are grateful for Freddy’s leadership and support during this transition.
