We are excited to share that Heather Powell has accepted the position of Vice President of Human Resources. She held a previous position with the Boys and Girls Club in Sioux Falls. Heather will start on March 24, and we can’t wait to welcome her onboard!

After 35 years of hard work and dedication, Compliance Director Jodi Carpenter retired from CHS. We are so grateful for everything she has done to help us become accredited with the Council of Accreditation (COA) and we wish her nothing but happiness in her next chapter.
Gabby Larson, Employee Growth and Development Specialist, has agreed to step into the role of Interim Compliance Director. She will ensure that all compliance matters are handled seamlessly and effectively. Gabby will work with leadership to provide the necessary oversight and support to maintain compliance without disruption at CHS.
