Flynn-Kara-2024

Kara Flynn Resigns as VP of Development

Two years ago, Kara Flynn transitioned from the Foundation Board of Directors to join our Foundation team, helping raise awareness of our mission and fundraise for the new Rapid City campus. In her time at CHS, Kara has done that and so much more.  She has been an integral part of our fundraising success as we inch closer to the $15 million goal.

We regret to inform you that Kara is resigning from her position as Vice President of Development, effective December 30th. This will allow her to spend more time with her 88-year-old mother, who needs more of her care.

While she will be missed as a Foundation staff member, she’s not leaving us completely. Kara will continue as a member of our Promise Appeal Steering Committee. We are so grateful to Kara and for her commitment, service and advocacy for CHS! We are fortunate to have her as a champion for our organization.
