Jolly Lane Sold

CAO Mark Niemeyer announced recently to all CHS staff that the Jolly Lane campus is officially off the market. The goal is to have everyone moved from Jolly Lane to the new Rapid City campus by January 10, 2025.

Board Members will convene on January 30, to vote on the approval of the construction budget. Operations at Jolly Lane will cease on January 31.

Initially, all departments will be in a temporary spot due to construction.

Construction will take the longest for areas A, B and C, so renovations will begin in area D as shown on the map. Our goal is to have our Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and the Outpatient Clinic moved into their permanent location by June of 2025. In the meantime, CAC and the Outpatient Clinic will office in areas A and B.

Postcards and emails will be sent to clients and vendors informing them of our upcoming move. An additional message about the move will also go out to clients of Dr. Brian Wilson. (See the emails below.) Even though our building address is changing, it’s important to note that all CHS staff will be keeping their same phone numbers and email addresses.
